Girlvanic Studios appreciates the time and energy you spend suggesting improvements and changes. Girlvanic Studios' policy, however, does not allow us to accept or consider unsolicited submissions of any kind (e.g. product ideas, suggestions, proposals, concepts or any other creative materials) in any format (“Unsolicited Content”). The purpose of this policy is to avoid potential misunderstandings when Girlvanic Studios' products, services or features might seem similar or identical to ideas submitted to us.
Please do not submit any Unsolicited Content to Girlvanic Studios. Terms of Unsolicited Content
If, despite knowing our policy, you still choose to submit your Unsolicited Content to Girlvanic Studios, then regardless of what you state in your accompanying message or otherwise, the following terms shall apply to your Unsolicited Content. You agree that:
- Girlvanic Studios will consider the Unsolicited Content to be non-confidential and non-proprietary.
- Girlvanic Studios shall have no obligations concerning the Unsolicited Content, including but not limited to, no obligation to return any materials or acknowledge receipt of any Unsolicited Content.
- Girlvanic Studios may use, exploit, redistribute, or disclose the Unsolicited Content for any purpose and in any way, without any compensation to you or any third party.
Product Feedback
Please note that while we cannot accept Unsolicited Content, Girlvanic Studios is always pleased to receive feedback regarding its existing products and services. Please only provide specific feedback on existing features, and do not include ideas that our policy will not permit us to accept or consider.
Any feedback you provide is deemed to be non-confidential and non-proprietary. Girlvanic Studios shall be free to use such information on an unrestricted basis, without any compensation to you or any third party.
